Vday/Bday/CoffeePARTY

Last Valentine’s was the funnest. =) Party of 8 with Jap, Joko, Eunice, Donnie, Enzo, Kassy and Dietrich.

We made Valentine’s and Birthday wall greetings…

We ate good food: pizza, ensaimada, crinkles, liempo, lechon manok, chicharon…

We had an awesome coffee experience c/o of Jap the coffee addict.

There was also a surprise for the birthday boy. 🙂

I had loads of fun being with my constant lovelies. 🙂

February 14 was Hoplang-Hopla indeed. It was probably what Jessica S*** would have done. LOL.

Sorry, inside joke.

HOPLA!!!

IyaYoZo

After the VERY SPECIAL trip to the famous Mang Larry’s isawan, Yo, Zo and I went to the Bahay ng Alumni for camwhoring then to the SC for Rodic’s.

This is my favorite pic from the Bahay ng Alumni camwhoring. My besty has kickass spatial intelligence, even if the ex doesn’t agree. LOL.

How she achieved this fantastic shot? Eto.

This is our attempt in spelling Eunice’s nickname. Haha, hindi mukhang YO. Mukhang Y8, di’ba? Nyahaha. #fail

Flowers at the Shopping Center for ze Valentine’s season.

Rodic’s tapsilog!!!

Iya + Yo = perfect combo just like tapsilog + sinigang na baboy of Rodic’s

The YoZo combo? Ewan ko lang ha…

Chelsea Walls

I’ve heard plenty of bad reviews about Ethan Hawke’s 2002 feature directorial debut, Chelsea Walls.

I still want to watch it just to see the part where Rosario Dawson was reading this beautiful, beautiful poem.

The residents of the Chelsea Hotel in New York City, young and full of expectations, mingle with the old hotel ghosts and guests, ultimately becoming interchangeable. They form a community, linked by their dreams. The Chelsea Hotel never really leaves the people who live there, nor do they ever really leave it. (Source: Metacritic)

I want to be a lost poem in a stranger’s coat pocket,
that conveys the importance of you.
To assure you of my desire, to assure you of dreams.
I want all the possibilities of you in writing.
I want to give you your reflection.
I want your eyes on me.
I want to travel to the lightness with you and stay there.
I want everyhing before you to follow us like a trail behind me.
I want never to say goodbye to you, even on the street corner or the phone.

I want……I want so much I’m breathless.
I want to put my power into a poem to burn a hole in your pocket so I can sew it.
I want my words to scream through you.
I want the poem not to mean that much.
And I want to contradict myself by accident, and for you to know what I mean.
I want you to be distant and for me to feel you close.
I want endless days when it’s day and nightime never to end when it’s night.
I want all the seasons in one day.
I want the sun to set before us and come up in front of us.
I want water to run up to our waists and to be drenched by the rain up to our ankles with holes in our shoes.
I want to think your thoughts becuase they’re mine. I want only what’s urgent with you.
I want to get in the way of the barriers and I want you to be a tough guy when you’re supposed to, like you do already.
And I want you to be tender, like you do already.
And I want us to have met for a reason and I want that reason to be important.
And I want it to be bigger than us, I want it to take over us.

I want to forget.
I want to remember us.
And when you say you love me, I don’t want to think you really mean New York City and all the fun we have in it.
And I want your smile always and your grimaces too.
I want your scar on my lips and I want your dissappointments in my heart.
I want your strength in my soul, and I want my soul in my eyes.
I want to believe everything you say, and I do.
And I want you to tell me what’s best, when I dont know.
And when you’re lost I want to find you.
And when your weary, I want to give you steeples and cathedral thoughts and coliseum dreams.
I want to drag you from the darkness and kneel with you exhausted with the blinding light blaring on us…

=`)

Belated Happy Valentine’s Day!

MANG LARRY.

FAMOUS ISAWAN AT UP CAMPUS QC pa ‘yan! O ha?! O ha?!

😀

I don’t like my handwriting.

Well, it’s not hideous. You’d still be able to understand it, but it’s still not like that of someone who went to an exclusive all-girls school. I dare you to check the penmanship of your Assumptionista and Paulinian friends. :p Fine, it ain’t always true. I have a friend from assumption who writes as if she’s half doctor, half chicken. Mwahaha.

Anyhoo, my fellow recruiters attended a schoolfair and one applicant stood out- his handwriting, at least.

O di’ba?!!??? Sabi nga nila parang Mara Clara font lang daw!

He’s a boy so X to him going to an exlusive school for girls. He might have wanted to attend one? Or maybe he’s a Fine Arts student? Ewan. Basta, award talaga si kuya.

That’s it. Just sharing. 😛

Rock Band > Pop Princess

A friend asked me why I spend so much (well not really) for concert tickets when I can just use the money for more important things (food, clothes, travel, drugs) and yeah, he has a point.

I gotta start saving for my out-of-town and out-of-the-country trips, so I gotta get the money for concert tickets out of my list of expenses… but right after I go to a concert this 1st quarter. :p I had to decide whether to watch… Taylor Swift on February 19

or Stone Temple Pilots on March 9.

I decided last week that I’ll go to the STP concert in Araneta. Bakit kamo? Ako na kanta ng kanta ng hits ni Taylor na You Belong With Me, Love Story at Half of My Heart (duet niya with John Mayer)? Ako na namirata agad ng songs from her latest album,  Back to December?

But I guess I want to try to experience a classic rockband concert. Classic naman sila, di’ba? Hahaha.

Go ako, sa Super VIP section pa. With backstage pass. Eh hindi eh. :p

Hello, Feb! BRB

Still busy.

AND HAPPY!

Minsan, confused. Hehehe. Lots of good things happened since Monday. Stuff about job fairs, talking to the ex, seeing friends, listening to new music, having my appetite back (me thinks) etc etc.

I hope by next week, I can already create a proper post. 😛

Just sharing a picture of Joko and moi at CBTL, Greenbelt taken last Wednesday.

Oh well, brb.
